The accommodation fee is per room and night, including tax, service charge, and breakfast. (Except for Nakamachi Fuji Hotel, you can choose either Japanese or Western style breakfast. Nakamachi Fuji Hotel supplies Japanese style breakfast only.) For other preference, please contact local organizers.

City hall is about 1 km from JR Aizu-Wakamatsu Station to the south (opposite to the symposia cite, University of Aizu). Washington Hotel and Ekimae Fuji Hotel are near to the station, and Hotel New Palace and Nakamachi Fuji Grand Hotel are near to the city hall.

We will arrange two bus connections between hotels and the symposia cite each morning and evening (at 8:30AM and after receptions and banquets); one bus connecting Washington hotel and University of Aizu, and another connecting Hotel New Palace and University of Aizu.

Participants staying in Ekimae Fuji Hotel and Nakamachi Fuji Grand Hotel can take buses from/to Washington Hotel and Hotel New Palace, respectively.
